Participants must complete all required forms, waivers, and declarations truthfully and completely before participating in any adventure. Failure to disclose relevant medical information or physical limitations may result in exclusion from activities without refund.

Outback Active Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone based on safety concerns, behavior issues, or failure to comply with guide instructions or company policies.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a deposit or full payment to secure your place. Payment methods and schedules are provided during the booking process.

Cancellation policies vary by adventure type and are outlined during the booking process. Generally, cancellations made:

• More than 30 days before the adventure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• 15-30 days before the adventure: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before the adventure: No refund

Outback Active Co. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule adventures due to weather conditions, insufficient participation, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Outback Active Co. or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific adventure or service in question. Nothing in these terms seeks to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
